Blue Sky Machine is pleased to announce the successful commissioning and trial operation of a Triple Slitter Head Slitting Line, Model BSSLT-(0.4-4.0)x1900mmx35T, at a customer’s facility in Pune, India.

With great support from the customer’s team and Blue Sky Machine, the steel coil slitting line was successfully installed, tested and put into trial production. The machine is designed for efficient processing of metal coils with a material thickness range of 0.4-4.0mm and a maximum material width of 1900mm.

Triple Slitter Head for Flexible Coil Slitting

The Triple Slitter Head configuration provides greater flexibility for different coil slitting requirements. Multiple slitter heads can be prepared for different knife and spacer configurations, helping reduce tooling changeover time between production orders.

The 1900mm slitting line is suitable for processing a wide range of steel and metal coils into narrower strips according to the customer's required specifications.

During the on-site commissioning and trial, the Blue Sky Machine technical team worked closely with the customer to verify the machine operation and ensure stable performance of the complete steel coil slitting machine.
