Fresh Delivery: Packing a 15-Ton High-Speed Cut to Length Line
Just two days ago, our team finished loading and sealing the containers for our latest project. We are proud to announce that the BSHCL-(0.3-3.0)x1300mmx15T High-Speed Cut to Length Line Machine is officially on its way to a metal factory in Chuadanga, Bangladesh.
To prepare this heavy-duty machine for the sea and inland journey to Bangladesh, we applied strict anti-rust protection and secure steel anchoring to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
Technical Features of this High-Speed CTL Machine
This cut to length line machine is custom-built for steel service centers that need high-speed feeding, flattening, and cutting for light gauge coils.
- High-Speed Cutting: Designed for continuous, rapid-fire sheet cutting to maximize daily factory output.
- Working Thickness: Perfect for metal coil thicknesses from 0.3mm to 3.0mm.
- Coil Width & Weight: Handles material widths up to 1300mm and supports heavy master coils up to 15 Tons.
- Seaworthy Protection: All precision leveling rollers and cutting shear parts were tightly wrapped to prevent corrosion from ocean air.
Fast and Safe Factory Loading
Our loading team used heavy cranes to organize the machine parts into 40-foot containers. Because the 15-ton uncoiler and high-speed shear unit are very heavy, we used heavy-gauge steel cables and heavy wooden chocks to lock them firmly to the container floor. This prevents any shifting or sliding during sea shipping and inland road transport to Chuadanga.
