This comprehensive setup includes 1 double slitter head slitting line machine and 2 high-precision rotary shear cut to length lines, customized to handle premium steel coil processing.

This was not a standard order. The client required heavy-duty performance, specific width capacities, and zero downtime. To meet these factory demands, our workshop manufactured three custom-engineered lines:
- Line 1: BSSLD-(0.3-3.2)x1650mmx30T Double Slitter Head Slitting Line Machine
This Coil Slitting line handles metal thicknesses from 0.3mm to 3.2mm and widths up to 1650mm. With a maximum coil weight capacity of 30 Tons, it features an advanced double slitter head system. While one head is slitting, operators can set up the knives on the second head outside, cutting changeover time down to minutes!


- Line 2: BSRCL-(0.35-3.2)x850mmx15T Rotary Shear Cut to Length Line
A fast and compact rotary shear system designed for a high-accuracy CTL machine, processing widths up to 850mm, and handling 15-Ton coils.


- Line 3: BSRCL-(0.35-3.2)x1650mmx35T Rotary Shear Cut to Length Line
The big brother of Line 2 CTL Line. Built for wide master coils up to 1650mm and heavy-duty 35-Ton loads, utilizing a high-speed rotary shear to cut flat sheets perfectly without stopping the line.

From the heavy uncoilers to the sensitive PLC electrical cabinets, everything was weatherproofed and locked tight to withstand the ocean journey to India. Soon, these machines will be running on our client’s factory floor, driving their production to new heights.
