Blue Sky is excited to announce a major project milestone in Southern India. In collaboration with our esteemed local partners, we have completed the commissioning and trial run of the BSPCL-(0.3-3.0) x 1650mm x 30T model in Bangalore.

As a leading cut to length line manufacturer, this installation showcases our commitment to delivering advanced "Pendulum Shear" technology that combines high-speed output with razor-sharp accuracy.

Advanced Motion: The Pendulum Shear Advantage

Unlike traditional stop-and-go lines, this Pendulum Shear Cut to Length Line Machine utilizes an oscillating cutting motion. This allows the line to maintain high momentum, significantly reducing mechanical impact and increasing the lifespan of the blades while ensuring every sheet is cut to perfect dimensions.

The trial phase in Bangalore confirmed the CTL machine's ability to handle light-to-medium gauge coils with a high accuracy rate, even at peak operational speeds powered by its robust 348 KW motor system.
